New Year Rollover for all K-12 Learning Platforms

It’s that time of year again – new year rollover (NYR)! Each year completed classes are removed in preparation for the upcoming school year. Changes are scheduled to take place for EasyBridge Basic customers starting June 29 (Pacific Time). It is important to call into K-12 Support by 8pm Eastern time June 28 if you wish to opt out of NYR this year.

For EasyBridge Auto and Plus, the default pause period begins on June 30, and ends on August 10, during which time changes to rosters and classes can be made without impacting teacher and student access to current school year’s data. Contact K-12 Support if your district needs to change these dates. If not, no action is required.
